Hotel Safari Group maintains a family-friendly environment. We expect our guests to maintain decorum during their stay. Management reserves the right to ask a guest to leave without a refund if their conduct is found inappropriate or disturbing to others.
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors. Relevant charges will be added to the guest's bill.
Bringing outside food or beverages is generally not permitted in the hotel rooms or common areas to ensure hygiene and quality standards.
The hotel is not responsible for any loss of personal valuables. Guests are encouraged to use the room safes (where available) or keep their belongings secure.
